bbf:community is a mobile app that lets users and residents interact and control the facilities and common areas of a smart residential complex, connect and manage their smart homes, and get in touch with the property management team to make inquiries in a smart and easy way.

It aims to create smart and efficient residential complexes and help residents communicate via a smart app to enhance their comfort in their homes and their residential complexes. By using the bbf:community app, you can control all of the devices in your home from anywhere, as well as control and monitor common areas of your building, manage and make payments for utility bills and rent bills, and have a history of your payments and your requests. Its also meant to make your life better, with features like the "Upgrade" section that lets you place and manage orders for products or services like furniture, household goods, or anything else that can fit your needs.

The application is divided into easy-to-use sections that create easy interaction. While we are always upgrading to create a better experience for you with our mobile app, here are a few of the more noticeable sections of the app.




Stories: the user can see all the important news, events, and promotions from bbf: and its partners to promote social interaction and a sense of community.


Community chat: an interconnected community chat where the residents can communicate and share ideas and news that are related to the residential complex.




Requests: the user can send a request to the property management company, get feedback, monitor the progress of their request until completion, and rate the work of the management company based on the outcomes of the request.


Upgrade: the user can order additional services or products to meet their lifestyle needs (for example, install a SmartHome system, install electrical car chargers, install or replace water filters, install mosquito nets, and much more).





Facilities:
